My stay at this hotel was quite disappointing. The rooms were not clean and had a terrible smell of cigarette smoke, even though I booked a non-smoking room. The breakfast options were virtually nonexistent, just a few muffins and some old waffle mix. While it was pretty quiet at night, the overall experience was far from ideal with poor cleanliness and lack of service.

This hotel experience was incredibly disappointing. The rooms were dirty and poorly maintained, with a strong smell of cigarette smoke throughout our stay. The service was not helpful at all, and even as a member, I received little consideration. On the upside, the price was aligned with what we could afford, but honestly, it wasn’t worth it given the conditions we faced.
